OXFORD: A man has appeared in court charged with a glassing at a city centre bar.
Michael Rendell was at Oxford Magistrates’ Court yesterday charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Stephen Walsh suffered a serious neck injury at the Bell and Compass in New Road early on Sunday morning and required emergency surgery.
Rendell, 24, of Clark’s Row, Oxford, was remanded in custody to appear at Oxford Crown Court on Monday.
