A 22-year-old man has been charged with sexual assault and common assault after a 19-year-old woman was groped.
Hortencio Carvalho, of Morris Crescent, Oxford, was released on bail to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, December 14.
The woman told police she was cycling on the footpath between the entrance to St Gregory the Great School and Cricket Road on July 31 when she was attacked.
