BANBURY: A 39-year-old man will stand trial accused of burglary and possessing cannabis.
Richard O’Rourke, of Station Caravan Park, Station Approach, Banbury, is due to stand trial at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on February 8. The burglary relates to the theft of charity cash boxes from Flyover Farm Shop, Bodicote, on November 19/20.
