A 35-year-old man will appear in court charged with eating a page of a police officer’s notebook.
John James, of Fane Drive, Berinsfield, was arrested by British Transport Police officers on November 16 and is accused of causing criminal damage by eating a page of an officer’s notebook and being in possession of a baseball bat and golf club. He will appear before Oxford magistrates on Thursday.
