OXFORD

Felistas Chisango, 38, of Thornhill Walk, Abingdon, admitted shoplifting a steak from Waitrose in Abingdon and a pair of children’s jeans from BHS in Oxford on November 3. Conditionally discharged for 12 months and told to pay £25 costs.

Sam Hooke, 23, of Isis Close, Abingdon, admitted drink driving in Oxford Road, Abingdon, on November 4. Namely having 98 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £450, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years.

Cristiano Vanni, 44, of Memorial Avenue, Shiplake Cross, Henley-on-Thames, admitted assault by beating in Henley-on-Thames on November 1. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay £85 costs.

Joel Vaughan, 20, of Old School Lane, East Challow, admitted driving while unfit through drugs in Mandhill Close, Wantage, on September 8. Told to attend an attendance centre for 36 hours and told to pay £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years.

Richard Hicks, 26, of Rokemarsh, Roke, admitted theft of a mobile phone in Wallingford between August 19 and 21. Given a 12-month conditional discharge.

Luann Brain, 24 of Warneford Lane, Oxford, admitted criminally damaging a public payphone belong to Warneford Hospital on September 20; assault by beating in Oxford on December 17, 2010; and shoplifting a bottle of cider from Tesco in Oxford on February 16, 2011. Fined £60, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £150 compensation.

Darian Rivers, 20, of Coriander Way, Oxford, convicted of two counts of stealing a provisional driving licence in Oxford between January 28 and April 16. Also convicted of two counts of having a false identity documents on June 16. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge, £150 costs and £100 compensation.

James Andrews, 22, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted two counts of attempting to steal a pedal cycle in Oxford on September 6. Fined £100 and a £15 victims’ surcharge, deemed paid by detention in the courthouse until the end of the day.

Lee Bennett, 32, of Harrowby Road, Banbury, admitted taking a pedal cycle without consent in Oxford on November 3. Fined £35 and a £15 victims' surcharge.

Amjad Mohammed, 31, of Randolph Street, Oxford, admitted possessing cocaine (Class A) in Oxford on October 1. Jailed for four weeks due to “previous drugs offences this year”.

Robin Williamson, 35, of Aston Street, Oxford, admitted shoplifting two bottles of gin and a bottle of vodka valued at £69.07 from Co-op in Oxford on August 30 and three bottles of wine valued at £22.14 from Sainsbury’s in Oxford on September 1. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay £400 costs.

Fawn Allsworth, 22, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Abingdon on September 17. Told to take part in the ‘Thinking Ahead for Women’ programme for 12 days with 18 months’ supervision. Told to pay £100 compensation.

David Fernando, 27, of Sherwood Avenue, Abingdon, admitted having an offensive weapon, namely a metal bar and wooden chair leg, and possession of cannabis (Class B) in Radley Road, Abingdon, on October 9. Fined £360, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Glyn Williams, 54, of Arlington Road, Swindon, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance on the A420 at Faringdon on October 12. Told to attend the General Offender Behaviour programme for six days with six months’ supervision and 80 hours’ unpaid work. Told to pay £85 costs and given eight penalty points.

BANBURY

Maria O’Connor, 51, of Acorn Close, Bicester, admitted drink driving in Mulberry Drive and Holm Way, Bicester, on November 13. She had 105 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Told to do 40 hours’ unpaid work and pay £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years.

Gavin Buckle, 24, of Beaumaris Close, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Tink-a-Tank Lane, Banbury, on November 5 and failing to surrender to court bail on November 17. Fined £100, deemed paid by detention in the courthouse until the end of the day.

Pagan Watt, 18, of Verney Road, Banbury, admitted assaulting Pc Berry in the execution of her duty in Witney on October 1. Told to undertake the ‘Thinking Ahead for Women’ programme for 20 days, with a three-month curfew and 12 months’ supervision. Also told to pay £50 compensation.

Shaun McIlroy, 38, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted stealing a motor vehicle in Banbury on August 23. Given a six-month alcohol-treatment programme with 12 months’ supervision and 200 hours’ unpaid work. Told to pay £400 compensation.

Premysl Palurik, 27, of Ferndale Road, Banbury, admitted drink driving in Bloxham Road, Banbury, on November 13. Namely having 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Fined £85 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving for 17 months.

Reece Weston, 19, of Cornish Road, Chipping Norton, admitted assault by beating in Chipping Norton on November 3. Fined £35, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.
