THIS dress may look good enough to wear — but step out into the rain or snow and it would disintegrate.
For the third year running, charity shop volunteer and tailor Terrie Reynolds, has created an eye-catching window display at Headington’s Helen and Douglas House shop, complete with a dress made entirely out of wrapping paper.
And accompanying the festive dress is a smartly attired men’s outfit – also made out of wrapping paper – with a shirt and bow tie.
Ms Reynolds, 73, said: “It brightens the window up and brings people in.
“It looks beautiful, we’ve had so many people coming in to see it.
“We even had some people asking to buy the dress.”
Previously, Ms Reynolds created a dress from carrier bags to mark Valentine’s Day at a British Heart Foundation shop.
