The A40 was closed in both directions at Eynsham last night following a crash involving three cars and two motorbikes.
Three people were taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries, the ambulance service said.
The crash at the junction of the B4449 happened shortly before 6pm.
