AS Christmas draws closer, Hannah Kate Howard is the woman police officers want to speak to about a series of thefts and motoring offences in Oxford.

She features as day 21 Badvent suspect after a car and fuel card were taken from a farm near Blackbird Leys, Oxford.

The 30-year-old, right, was charged with taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent from Sandford Brake Farm off Grenoble Road on May 1 last year.

She is also charged with stealing a fuel card from the farm.

She is accused of driving the blue Fiat Punto without a licence and without insurance for two days after the theft.

She is also believed to have used the fuel card at four petrol stations in the Oxford area to fraudulently obtain fuel worth approximately £280, which she is accused of selling on for cash.

Pc Jonathan Simpkins said: “On 24 November 2011, a warrant was issued by Oxford Magistrates’ Court for the arrest of Hannah Howard.

“She is white, 5ft 6ins tall, slim, with green eyes and brown hair worn in a ponytail. Hannah is known to have links with Blackbird Leys and Reading.

“Have you seen her in the Blackbird Leys area? Do you know where she may be?

“Anyone with information is urged to get in contact before Christmas.”

So far one Badvent suspect has been arrested charged and sentenced by the courts since our daily crime crackdown began on December 1, and another has been arrested.

Now officers want to hear from anyone who can help them find Hannah Howard so that they can question her over these offences. If you know where she is, or have any information, call Pc Simpkins on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
