PLANS for a 185-home estate in Witney will be debated again on Monday.
West Oxfordshire district councillors told developers to look again at the scheme after worries about parked cars blocking roads.
The scheme has been redesigned and planning officers are now recommending councillors approve it.
The council’s lowlands area planning sub-committee will meet at the council’s Wood Green offices from 2pm to decide on the plans.
