New electoral arrangements for Oxfordshire County Council have been published.
The Local Government Boundary Commission for England has finalised new boundaries for each electoral division after a 12-week consultation on its draft proposals.
The recommendations, published in July last year, proposed a total of 63 county councillors, a reduction of 11 compared with current arrangements.
The commission’s final report says there should in future be 59 single-member divisions and two with two members.
The new arrangements will come into force at the elections for the council in May next year.
In Oxford, there is a small boundary change to ensure that the whole Cutteslowe estate is included in the St Margaret’s division.
