Firefighters tackled six burst water pipes across the county over the weekend.
The incidents caused localised flooding in Banbury, Oxford and Enstone and are believed to thanks to the cold snap.
Temperatures in the county reached a low of -7.1°C at the weather station in Brize Norton at 10pm on Saturday.
Forecasts for the week ahead suggest temperatures will be on the up, reaching a high of 9°C on Wednesday.
