YOUR editorial (Drivers must look at their own behaviour, Oxford Mail, April 23) sends out a good message.
We at Oxfordshire County Council take every accident very seriously and we look into all probable causes.
Should road defects be responsible, we do all we can to rectify this, however, as you rightly say, we cannot mitigate against bad or reckless driving.
