Police and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) officers are still jointly investigating the electrocution accident which led to the death of Littlemore teenager Dean Bough.
The 17-year-old died after the cherry-picker he was operating hit power lines in grounds off Shilton Lane, near Brize Norton, on October 13 last year.
