OXFORD: A bid to expand a planned redevelopment of part of the former Oxford Bus Depot in Cowley Road should be approved, a council report says.
Berkeley Homes got permission in 2009 for 106 student student rooms in five blocks with 31 car parking spaces.
It wants to add another six rooms.
