JUDGE Mary Jane Mowat has decided you are not allowed to know the name of a teenager who stabbed a 62-year-old in his own home because he is under 17.
He has also held a broken bottle to someone’s neck.
Thankfully, in a few weeks’ time we will be legally able to ignore the judge’s decision and let you know exactly who this thug is.
