CHALGROVE: A 56-year-old man was taken to hospital on Sunday after an attack at a house in High Street.
Police were called to the property at 9.20pm following reports of a man being attacked.
He was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital and treated for a broken nose and fractured eye socket. He remains in hospital.
A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of GBH and yesterday bailed until July 19 at Abingdon Police Station.
