OXFORD: A 90-year-old woman was taking to hospital yesterday after inhaling gas at her home in Headington.
Fire crews were called to the property in Headley Way shortly before 12.30pm and turned off the gas at the mains.
She was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital. Her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
It is believed a gas appliance was accidently left switched on.
