TRIBUTES have been left in a wood where the body of a 14-year-old girl was found.
Friends left flowers in memory of Molly O’Donovan near Foscote Rise, Banbury.
Her body was discovered on Tuesday morning, less than 24 hours after she was reported missing.
Police have said the death is not believed to be suspicious and have passed details to the Oxfordshire coroner.
By yesterday afternoon, almost 1,300 people had joined three tribute pages on social networking website Facebook.
More than 12,000 had joined a page to help find the Banbury teenager, inset, when police made a missing persons appeal on Tuesday.
Amanda Horwood wrote: “As a parent of a teenage daughter my heart goes out to the family, relatives and friends at this terrible time.”
