I have had the odd bit of trouble walking home over The Common from Wolvercote at 2am in the pitch black in the past, but in daylight? What was he on?

Whre was the Sherrif and does Oxford City Council have sufficient warning signs in 11 languages to warn people of the dangers, and are there Park Rangers on duty 24/7 for this popular area with locals and tourists? Surely the whole area should be banned for public use under Health & Safety?
