A man is to appear in court this morning charged with carrying a kitchen knife in public.
John Nicholas was arrested in Birchview, Epping, on October 4.
The 59-year-old, of Birchview, is accused of having no lawful reason to be carrying the knife in the road.
He will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today.
