A man has gone missing after visiting an Oxford hospital.

David Goodwin, 49, was last seen leaving the Churchill Hospital in Headington at midday on Tuesday. He has not been seen since.

Mr Goodwin is white and tanned, of medium build and walks with a limp. He also has a Welsh accent and was last seen wearing a black tracksuit.

It is believed he could have travelled out of Oxfordshire and towards Wiltshire or Avon and Somerset.

Sgt Mark Rowe, from Oxford police station said: “We are very concerned about David as he requires regular medical attention and hasn’t had this since Tuesday.

“If anyone sees him, I would ask that you contact us immediately so we can make sure he is safe.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Thames Valley Police on 101, quoting URN 802 of 1/7.
