Traffic lights failed at a junction in the east end of Bicester.
The lights stopped working in both directions in Bicester Road yesterday.
The problem affected the stretch between the roundabout, where the A4421 meets Charbridge Lane, and the junction of West End with Blackthorn Road.
Oxfordshire County Council spokesman Dominic Llewellyn-Jones: “The lights failed due to a failed power supply.
“An engineer was sent and has replaced the power supply and the lights are back in working order.”
