A man charged with conspiring to rob another man in Oxford had a bail application adjourned yesterday at Oxford Crown Court.
Marek Hnida, 30, of Fettiplace Road, Barton, is currently in custody charged with conspiracy to rob Rafal Stowski between April 21 and 22 and possessing a stun gun.
Deputy circuit judge Tom Corrie heard an application from Hnida’s barrister yesterday to grant bail, but adjourned the hearing for Judge Patrick Eccles to deal with next week at the same court. He is due to have a plea and case management hearing on July 17.
