Girl, 13, fined £100 after admitting assault
A 13-YEAR-OLD girl from Banbury has been fined £100 and given a youth rehabilitation order after admitting assaulting a 12-year-old girl in a local park.
The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty at Banbury Magistrates Court on Thursday.
The victim was allegedly assaulted on May 15.
The girl was also ordered to fund victim services by £20 and pay £45 costs.
