NEW Mayor of Bicester Les Sibley has been congratulated by former Banbury MP Victoria Prentis.
Mrs Prentis, who is standing for re-election for the Conservatives, tweeted ‘all the best’ to Mr Sibley and thanked outgoing mayor Jolanta Lis for her ‘hard work representing Bicester in this busy year’.
