A MAN who robbed a petrol station while wielding a claw hammer has admitted all charges.
Paul Wyeth, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to one count of robbery and one count of possession of an offensive weapon at Oxford Crown Court on Friday.
The 37-year old appeared via videolink from HMP Bullingdon to admit his role in the robbery at the Shell Garage at London Road, Bicester, on December 31 at about 8.15pm.
Wyeth, wielding a claw hammer, made off with cash and a till during the robbery.
His sentencing was adjourned until tomorrow due to insufficient court time and will be heard at the same court.
