Val Smith
Three by-elections will take place in Blackbird Leys next month.
They have been triggered by the resignation of Blackbird Leys city and county councillor Val Smith, who stood down for health reasons, and Northfield Brook city councillor Steve Curran, who is standing as the Labour candidate for Mrs Smith’s county council seat.
The by-elections will take place on Thursday, November 27.
Nominations close on Friday, October 31.
