The A417 was closed near Buscot Village Hall in Lechlade Road, following a collision between a car and a motorbike at 7.48am yesterday.
The rider suffered broken bones and was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital.
Traffic queued until the road reopened at 11.04am.
