Goodlake Arms B are celebrating their first Greene King Oxford and District Darts Association title.

The East Challow side lost just four matches all season in taking the honours in Section 1.

Below them, a 7-2 victory for Peachcroft Social Club over Kidlington Green Social Club A saw them claim the runners-up position.

Elsewhere, others among the honours were Vikings Social Club, the Section 3 champions.

Littlemore Rugby Club took the Section 4 title after finishing four points ahead of second placed VillageInn B.

Cricketers Arms B, needing seven points from their last game against the visiting George Bar C, grabbed a 5-1 lead after the singles.

In a tense finish a 2-1 pairs success saw them safely to the Section 5 title, one point ahead of King’s Arms.

Quarry Gates’s excellent record of ten wins from 12 games gave them the Section 6 championship by an extremely comfortable ten points.

Cowley Workers Club are the Section 7 kings, finishing ten points ahead of tied Gladiators Social Club and Northway Community Centre.

Those two will now play off for second place, Florence Park Community Centre are the Section 8 champions, finishing a commanding 14 points ahead of nearest challengers, Priory Inn.

Nuffield Bar are the Ladies’ Premier League champions, putting an end to Florence Park Community Centre’s hopes of landing their eighth consecutive Premier award.

Both sides lost just one of their 14 games, with Nuffield Bar finishing two points ahead of Park.

Six Bells C are the Section 3 champions while Black Horse A took the honours in Section 5.

The runners-up spot will be between Littlemore British Legion B and the Sun Wheatley, who tied on 58 points, seven behind the leaders.

Teams are reminded that entries for the ODDA Winter League must be in by Saturday.
