Oxford Blackbirds sent reigning champions Banbury United crashing out of the Under 15 competition with a 5-0 success.
Tom Farrell scored the only goal of the first half as Blackbirds edged ahead at the break.
But an own goal from a corner at the start of the second period gave them breathing space, before further strikes from Farrell, Jamie Williams and Leo Hadji made it safe.
In the Under 13 competition, Tower Hill booked their place in the final with a 4-2 victory over Summertown Stars.
Their goals came from Craig Keylock (2), Lewis Bartlett and Luke Turner.
