Oxford Harlequins had three players sin-binned in a 30-19 home defeat to Redingensians and returned to the bottom of the South West 1 table.
Flanker Ed Davies, lock Cameron Gray and No 8 Anthony Jackson all saw yellow, as did visiting hooker Tom Clare, prop Paddy Conlon and No 8 Rob Stapley!
Flanker Matt Hulland put Redingensians ahead with a fifth-minute try.
Quins hit back with a score from scrum half Kenny Sewell, set up expertly by full back Huw Jones, with fly half Mark Forth converting.
The visitors went ahead – with Clare in the bin – when Tom Allen went over and Spike Chandler converted.
Chandler’s penalty made it 15-7 at the break after Davies was sin-binned.
The yellow cards kept coming in the third quarter, but Stapley bagged a try before his spell in the cooler, while Quins lost centre Nick Sevier to a leg injury.
Chandler’s penalty made it 23-7, but Sewell’s try gave Quins hope.
Allen’s second, converted by Chandler, sealed it, although Quins had the final say when wing Ollie Campbell finished a team move and Forth converted.
