Chipping Norton’s director of rugby Andy Dawson said they had no choice but to give North Dorset a walkover in the Southern Counties Intermediate Cup.
The withdrawal due to injury and illness meant no Oxfordshire side reached the regional semi-finals.
Dawson said: “We had flu going through the club.
“I had 11 players training on Thursday who went down with a bug by Saturday.”
Chippy will hope to have a few players back for Saturday’s derby with Witney.
