Rover Cowley extended their lead at the top of the Oxfordshire Senior League Premier Division with a 2-0 victory against Bletchingdon.

Dean Forbes gave them the lead on five minutes with a superb curling shot following good work from Paul Spittle.

On 65 minutes, Ben Green sealed victory with a rasping shot to take his tally to an impressive seven goals from his last six games.

Tom Payne scored the winner in Marston Saints’ 1-0 win at Enstone.

Payne struck in the 25th minute when Enstone’s defence failed to clear.

Eynsham increased Oxford University Press’s relegation fears with a 2-1 victory.

Jimmy Gray gave OUP the lead from the penalty spot after Kieron Gallagher was brought down by Kristofer Clark, who was sent off.

However, just after the break, Tom Jerred levelled after a defensive error.

And it got worse for OUP after the break, when Jay Burgh put through his own net.

OUP tried to get back into the game, but Eynsham stood firm.

Paul Cooper notched a double in Horspath’s 2-1 success against Stonesfield.

Gary Crook and Perry Hawkins helped themselves to doubles for Adderbury Park in their 4-0 success against Chadlington.

Crook fired in his first early on, with Hawkins doubling their lead in the second half with a composed finish - his first goal for the club.

Hawkins added his second, before Crook completed his brace with Adderbury’s fou-rth.

Stuart Dunham’s hat-trick helped Kennington come from behind before beating Fritwell 3-2.

Strikes from Ben Williams and Steve Hall put Fritwell seemingly in control, only for Dunham’s treble to turn the game on it’s head.

Second half goals from Sam Eeles and James Quainton saw Watlington to a 2-0 win at Middleton Cheney in Division 1.

Horspath Res eased to a 3-2 win at Freeland Res in Division 2.

Ian Belcher opened their account and although Freeland’s Sam Symonds had a penalty saved, Nathan Langford headed home the equaliser from eight yards.

Belcher restored their lead from close range, only for Ben Glastonbury to level with a 25-yard free kick.

Simon Evans then notched the winner for Horspath when he shot low into the bottom corner.

David Iglus bagged a brace for Fritwell Res in their 3-3 draw with Long Crendon.

Ashley Holland got their other, with Dave Coombes (2) and Jon Betts hitting back for Crendon.

Meanwhile, Garsington Res needed extra time before making the third round of the Clarendon Cup with a 1-0 victory at Marston Saints Res.

Dale Clark grabbed the winner five minutes into the first period of extra time after the sides were locked at 0-0 after normal time.

Broughton & North Newington Res let slip the lead as they lost 4-3 at home to Adderbury Res.

Jimmy Phillips gave Broug-hton the lead, only for Adderbury to take the lead through Karl Foster, Scott Fuller and Toby Hone.

Matt Worthington and Steve Worthington brought Broug-hton level, only for substitute Peter Cooper to slot home the winner for Adderbury and break Broughton’s hearts.
