Mark Ingram scored twice for Berinsfield, with Chris Owens grabbing the other. Dan Knapp replied.
Andy Sutherland hit a hat-trick as fellow promotion hopefuls Harwell International Res thrashed struggling Coleshill United Res 6-0.
Mark Potter bagged a brace and Chris Woods scored the other.
