Vale of White Horse overwhelmed Jersey 10-1 in the ESFA Under 15 Trophy fourth round on Tuesday.

The match was switched from Milton United to the artificial 3G pitch at Swindon’s Greendown School.

And after a sticky start, which saw Vale fall behind to a Fraser Barlow strike, the hosts ran away with the tie.

James Clarke equalised, before Iain Pinder put Vale ahead.

Liam Painter then supplied crosses for Conor Ingram and Matthew Woodley to score, before adding No 5 himself before half-time.

Woodley notched his second with a long-range free-kick, before Painter, Clarke and Ingram doubled their personal tallies.

Jamie Wilkins wrapped up a famous victory with No 10.

Mid Oxon are due to face Wolverhampton at Goodrich Sports Ground on Saturday.
