OXFORD Saints lost 23-6 at home to Leicester Falcons in Division 1 of the BAFA Community League.
Falcons led 13-0 after the first quarter as Dale Hawes touched down from 45 yards, Ben Longland adding the extra point.
Guy Kearsey scored again for Falcons, but the extra point attempt was missed.
Longland’s 36-yard field goal made it 16-0 in the second period.
Saints reduced the arrears in the fourth quarter as Bryan Myers smashed his way into the end zone, although the conversion attempt was missed.
But Falcons’ Timi Dada scored again late in the game, Longland adding the extra point to wrap up victory.
