ANDREW Brown will go for glory on three fronts for Oxfordshire in the English Short Mat Bowling Association’s national competitions.
Brown booked his place in the singles, pairs and triples by shining at the county qualifiers.
Victory in the third place play-off at Millbrook Hall, Grove, saw him progress in the singles.
He will be joined at Kempston IBC on Thursday, March 29 by Roger Wiggins and Eric Hasker, who reached the final before the former conceded victory.
Brown, with partner Geoff Cross, also progressed through the third place play-off in the pairs at Didcot Leisure Centre.
Joining them at Kempton on Friday, March 30 will be Kay Dickson and Gloria Smith, who won the final on a toss of a coin from Martin Davies and Marilyn Davies, who also qualify.
A toss of a coin also settled the triples final with Cross, Gareth Davies and Brown taking the winners’ place ahead of Anne Sirett, Chris Hasker and Eric Hasker.
Joining those two trios at Kempton on Sunday, April 1 will be Marilyn Davies, David Hancock and Wiggins, who won the third place play-off.
