The OCA Division 2 game between Tetsworth and East Hendred was abandoned following allegations of personal verbal abuse.
The umpires called off the game after Hendred batsman Nigel Hutt was reported to have been persistenly abused by a Tetsworth player.
Hendred, chasing a meagre target of 76, were 28-3 at thetime.
The league will hold a disciplinary meeting into the affair.
