HORSPATH 2nd were poised to beat Cublington and leapfrog them at the top when a downpour prevented any further action.
Jehan Mohammed (67) and Matthew O’Connor (61) had helped Horspath post 226-6 from their 53 overs. Mohson Rana then took 3-34 to leave the visitors floundering on 97-6 from 32.1 overs when the rain came.

All-rounder Josh Barrett took 6-50 then top-scored with 41 to help Great & Little Tew 2nd squeeze past Buckingham Town 2nd.
Town made 181 through Frank Johnson (39), Matt Thatcher (34) and Russell Thompson (33) before Tew replied with 183-8 thanks to Barrett and Oz Miller (39).

Cumnor 2nd were 79-8 batting second against Leighton Buzzard Town 2nd, but rain prevented them suffering a seventh straight defeat.
Gareth Benger took 6-31 for the visitors, whose innings spanned only 24 overs because of the weather.
Earlier Kirk Brazier had hit 68 and Pierre du Plessis taken 6-43 in Town’s 184-9.

Arshad Latif lashed 83 and Jack Sears stroked 64 in Stokenchurch’s 256-9 at home to Oxford 3rd. Kasim Nawaz (4-39) did his best to prevent complete carnage.
The visitors were never in the hunt after tea, but Adam Hall (83) and Callum Biel (42) steered them to 193-7 and safety.
