Alex Gardner fired a double as Kidlington Royals kept up their challenge at the top of Autotype UTV League Division 1 with a 3-2 win at ten-man Standlake Garage, writes TIM SIRET.

Gardner cracked home his first from 25 yards before Mark White doubled their lead.

Gary Atkinson pulled one back when he deflected home Jack Barrett's shot, and then equalised after the break. However, Gardner struck a late winner for Royals.

Andy Samson smashed a four-timer as Dorchester United crushed Childrey OHB 7-3.

Gary Smith (2) and Lee Allmond also netted, while James Wilkins scored a hat-trick for Childrey.

OUP Wanderers kept up their quest for the Division 2 title with a 12-2 thrashing of Long Wittenham.

Paul McNulty led the way with a four-timer, while Lee Kilpin and Richard Wells both hit hat-tricks.

Ellis Bicknell and Andy White completed the rout.

Ben Tyler saved a penalty for the second week running as Rutherford Lab beat CR Marks Kirtlington 5-3.

Colin Williams and Jon Watts bagged a brace apiece for Rutherford, with Rory Mangham also netting. Brothers Eaton and Paul Penny, plus a Matty Moore strike, made up CR Marks's trio.

Aaron Barrett and Charlie Bough hammered hat-tricks as AFC Cowley thrashed Allbrite 8-2.

Dominic Bruno and Dan Richmond completed their tally. Rob Taylor and Wayne Stone replied.

A double from defender Daniel Hickman helped Wheatsheaf Didcot to a 6-5 victory against Dolphin.

Johnny Pearce, Gareth Fenton, Jake Chaffey and Daniel Turner were also on target.

Craig Mays bagged a brace as Robin Hood stretched their lead at the top of Division 3A to ten points with a 3-2 win against title rivals Abingdon Knights.

Chris Thomas also netted, while Knights replied through Ed Morey and an own goal.

Paul Jezzard smashed a hat-trick for Bell Grove as they thrashed Division 3B basement boys Hampstead Norreys 9-3 away from home.

Nick Walker and Johnny James both hit braces, with Lee Kent and Paul Freeman making up their tally.

Matt Ormrod (2) and Jamie Yates replied for Norreys.

In the Devenney Cup second round, Abingdon Exiles ran out 2-1 winners against Wallingford Exiles.

Steve Hook and Danny Shurmer netted after Andy Turner had fired Wallingford ahead.
