Ten-man AFC Hinksey blew the Autotype UTV League Division 1 title race wide open with a 4-1 home win over Barton United after having Anaclet Odhiambo sent off, writes TIM SIRET.

The victory takes AFC Hinksey level on points with Barton, who have two games in hand.

Jelroy Constant fired past Martyn Clarke to give Barton the lead.

And they really looked to be in the ascendancy when Hinksey midfielder Anaclet Odhiambo saw red for two yellow cards in quick succession.

But Hinksey levelled when Jamel Thomas’s tremendous run ended with him setting up Marlon James to shoot home.

And they combined again to give Hinksey the lead with Thomas again the provider for James’s second.

Ten-man Hinksey dominated the second half and James set up Denel Thomas to make it 3-1.

Twin Jemel Thomas capped his man-of-the-match performance with No 4.

Childrey OHB completed the double over relegation candidates Kidlington Royals with a 5-4 away win.

Sean Webb, Bill McDonald, Jamie Wilkins, Dan Canning and an own goal made up Childrey’s tally.

Richard Wells (2), Dave Villiers and Steve Litten scored for Kidlington.

Sutton Revolution gave their survival hopes a massive boost with a 3-0 win at The Bay Tree.

Jamie Madge, Neil Morris and Chris Shahab netted for the Revolution.

In Division 2, Rutherford Lab remain in danger of the drop after they let slip a two-goal lead to crash 7-3 at home to Research Machines.

Simon Collett and Stu Coppock hit doubles, with Nick Wehmeier, Neil Hillier and Mike Connolly completing the victors’ tally.

Andy Arnold, James Harris and Dave Templeman were the Rutherford scorers.

Sandman stay second bottom after being held to a 0-0 draw at home to Didcot Casuals.

Division 3A champions-elect Donnington marched on with a 5-0 win at Leys Wanderers.

Craig Gilboy struck twice for the visitors with Josh Green, Ian Smith and Sam Webb all on target.

Masons Arms have all but blown their title chances with a shock 3-2 defeat at Northway Boys & Girls.

Matt Holton scored twice for Northway, and Kyle Pullen grabbed the other. Paul Hedger and Rui De Garces replied.

Striker Jack Hayhurst grabbed all four of AFC Jericho’s goals in a 4-2 win at Yellow Eagles.

Lee Rendell and Ben Crawford scored for Eagles.

Jimmy Deabill smashed a superb hat-trick for Blacks Head Bletchingdon in a 4-4 draw at home to Iffley Harriers.

Chris Thorne was also on target for Blacks Head, with Richard Capper (2), Marius Langer and Nathan Cox replying.

In Division 3B, Bowyer Arms completed the double over Berinsfield Rebels with a 5-0 away win.

Jamie Foster (2). Adam Moody, Simon Green and James Ivey did the damage.

Ralint Szucs scored twice as Abingdon Exiles beat White Horse Abingdon 5-1.

Ben Podd, Steve Hook and Dave Bannister were the other Exile scorers. John Young replied for White Horse.

JET were held to a 3-3 draw at home to Hampstead Norreys.

Strikes by Tim Jones, Darryl McLeod and Mark Lockwood were cancelled out by a Lee Bartholomew hat-trick.
